Teaching Assistant – Level 1
Term Time Only – One year contract
Grade E Spinal Point 9 (£15,375 to be calculated pro rata)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to further compliment the team currently supporting the SEN Department at Wyvern Academy.
Successful candidates will work with teaching and senior staff to enable access to learning for all pupils and to support the management of pupils and the classroom. In addition, you should have the ability to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly environment, promote good pupil behaviour and demonstrate some knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality and data protection. Some experience in SEMH would be desirable.
